q: how will i know what type of service to book/how much it will cost?

a: the SALON SERVICE page will have examples for natural nails, extensions and nail art and the BOOKINGS page has a full list of services and their prices. you are welcome to contact me through @quichenailstudio on instagram with all your inspo images, desired nail details and i’m happy discuss service options that fall within your budget

q: what if i change my mind before my appointment?

a: hey, it happens! please let me know at least 24 hours in advance through instagram or text so i can ensure we have enough time to give you the desired result and work around other existing bookings

q: what if i need to reschedule my appointment?

a: no worries :) please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we can reschedule to another time/day/week that works for you

q: how often should i come in for a new set/refills?

a: everyone is different! depending on your service, lifestyle and nail art - the general refil time frame is between 3 - 4 weeks, I do not recommend extending longer than 4

q: help me, i’ve broken a nail!

a: oh no! mistakes happen and damage fixes are included in your service within a week of your appointment, but if occurred outside this timeframe charges start from $10 excluding nail art. Send me a message with a damage report and we’ll make a time for you to pop in
